What Wonders Await
There are countless reasons to wonder. The world is full of remarkable stories and insights. Here is a small introduction to the big world of Wondering and a glimpse of the many wonders that await.
What is a wonder?
Is it a daydream?
Is it a place, like the Taj Mahal or the ruins of Masada?
Is it an idea, the thoughts of greek or turkish or chinese philosophers?
Is it all of these?
I’m Ethan Harrington. I’m a writer and a storyteller, and with each episode of Wondering, I take listeners on a journey through many wonders of life. Whether it’s storieslike how the monkeys tried to save the fish from drowning, or answers to ancient questions, like what it really means to be a good person. Sometimes I go into stories that hit closer to home, tales about video game addiction, social media fraud, or Edward Bernays and institutionalized deceptions. Sometimes they’re stories just for the sake of telling a story.
Wondering with Ethan Harrington is intended to capture the imagination, to educate the mind, and most importantly, to inspire deeper thinking about our place in the world.
The written works, created by me, are available for reading at EHunterHarrington.com and at the links in the podcast descriptions. You can also follow Wondering Podcast on Facebook and on twitter at the handle @wonderingcast. And please be sure to rate, review, comment, and subscribe, because stories deserve conversations, and I’m always wondering how I can improve.
So, if you’re ready to find out what wonders await, you’re in good company. The microphones are on, the maps are open, and it’s time we start Wondering.
